BSNL — No Signal Connectivity for Internet

I am Subham Biswas from Kharagpur West Bengal. Modem- dlink 2750u.My BSNL BROADBAND connection is not working. Past 1 month its not getting connected to internet. Before it used to connect. But bill is paid every month. People of Bsnl doesn't cooperate with customers. This is irritating. Bills are paid timely. But no net connectivity. Please assure me consumer forum. I am sending you a pic of my modem. The last light is for connectivity. But it doesn't glow now. But before a month I used to get connected.
