BSNL — Non availability of Net Service

Dear Sir I am abhijit Dhara, Mob No.[protected], presently residence WBPDCL Township, Sagardghi, Murshidabad. I am look that past 05 days to still now no bsnlnet service available in this region. My net balance now1151.6 MB validity 13.03.15 in this situation not use my net balance and net balance validity reduce. in this situation i will request to you my net balance validity extended or same amount to return to my main balance.
