I have pre paid mobile of BSNL Chhatisgarh with above no with sufficient balance. I recharged twice for Rs. 36 each through the BSNL site using my credit card in the night of 28th Feb. 2014 under Saral Ananth plan in order to extend the validity period . But to my surprise the validity period has not been extended and My credit card has been debited. I got message in mobile to contact Customer Care with reference no [protected] and [protected] for these 2 recharges respectively. I lodged the complaint with above ref no in the same night with Docket no B28108090 . But till date complaint has not been resolved.Would you help me resolve this by extending my validity period so that I can use this cell no as I have sufficient balance.
