BSNL — Non-receipt of deposit refund.

I have cancelled my land line phone no.[protected] at Vijayawada on 06-8-14 . I am due an amount of Rs.1392/- towards refund of deposit. But till date the same has not been received by me inspite of my repeated requests. As it is nearing completioin of four months, and I am a Sr. Citizen and physically handicapped, I request you to kindly arrange to send the refund through a cheque early. S.L.NARASIMHA RAO
