Dear Sirs, I am Anilkumar M.K. S/O M.K. Kuttappan, is customer of BSNLfor many years under Maneed Telephone Exchange, my land line number is[protected]. We are facing the non working the land line connection from past 4-5 Months. We have already placed complaints many times to our telephone Exchange (Maneed Exchange) This is the continues problem faced by us for the past 2 year, 3 or 4 months disconnected and rectified by continues complained. But working 1 or 2 months and the same way.More over our exchange authorities are very lazy and waste when we approaches them with complained, they says many foolish excuses.
