BSNL — Nonredressal of complaints by india,s largest broadband services | |||
I have been using BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES since february 2015 but services were never been satisfactory and were of poor quality. I registered the complaint in march. (COMPLAINT NO. [protected]). But problem persisted. I even called the area SDO who assured me of solutuion. I am regularly paring the bills by online method. Recently I have been charged 200 RS BY BSNL workers for the FTTH cable which was found broken, but no bill was given even after asking .
