BSNL — Not working properly from last one year

I have made several complaints but the response from your company was not proper and they are telling that under ground cable fault is there so they are telling that department should change the cable fault, but still they have not changed the cable and my problem is still the same I am your customer from last 25 years .So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
