My Cell-one mobile top up was done on[protected] at 6:33 am using BSNL website for the purpose. An amount of rs.220 was deducted from the bank account but the same was not credited as top-up. The bank transaction ID is IGR2851168. It has been transferred to biller account [protected]. Please look into this failed transaction and do the needful to return the amount or credit to the top-up

The bank transaction ID is[protected] and also they give me another number like POS00005077 . It has been transferred to bill to my account . Please look into this failed transaction and do the needful to return the amount or credit to the top-up..
