May kindly note that the bill against telephone no[protected] for the month of August 2014 as indicated in your bill, is Rs 1061.00 .. While making the payment on line r BSNL web site revelled that the due is Rs 2074.00 I have paid the amount Rs 2074.00 on line on 12 th October 2014 ., assuming that this amount is including the bill for the month of September also.. The Receipt no of the payment is[protected] and Txnld: TX[protected]. I am getting frequent telephonic warning from your customer service regarding the non payment of bills.
