[Resolved]  BSNL — Phone and Internet Not working- Complaint already made no one responded from BSNL

Phone and broadband is not working, complaint was already made with BSNL, but still no one has looked into it. Every month even though it wont work for 4 or 5 day's in the month day's in the month. still I pay the bill, but don't know what is the problem in looking into the issue. BSNL service has gone really worst, please let me know will this be resolved or do I need to disconnect the connection.
