[Resolved] BSNL — phone dead for the last 2 months

I am sending this mail to inform you about the poor service provided to me by the anchal bsnl exchange officials. My phone is dead for the last 2 months. I have made the complaint by directly going to the exchange for 2-3 times, at the time of booking the complaint they told me the error will be rectified within 3 days but till now there is no response from their part. If the situation is prevailing i will be opting for some other remedies hope you got what i meant. So please take some action for my issue.
