[Resolved] BSNL — Prepaid Sim card using as 3G Not Working | |||
The Sim card I use in BSNL 3G Data card belongs to AP and currently I am in pune, Maharashtra. I recharged it with 2GB of data for Rs.252 but whenever I try to "connect", it shows "The PP protocol link control protocol is terminated". I tried to call to customer care service no one is responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |||

The Data Card you are using is multi sim option enabled ??
If yes means go to the settings on the dashboard of the data card .
and choose conection profiles and manually select the operator from the drop down list and save the settings . Now, close the dashboard and unplug your data card. Reconnect the data card and try to connect to internet by using the connect button on the dashboard..
