BSNL Pune — Landline & Broadband not in working condition.

The first complaint was lodged on 5th June 2015, it is now 35 days passed, but they cannot find the fault & the complaint is closed saying that it is resolved. I have following complaint nos.: [protected] - 05.06.2015 On 1st July sms say that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 01.07.2015 On 2nd July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 02.07.2015 On 4th.July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 05.07.2015 On 7th.July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected] - 07.07.2015 On 8th.July sms recieved saying that the complaint is resolved, which was not resolved. [protected].07.2015 This complaint is not yet resolved.
