I am a costumer of BSNL GSM postpaid with account no.[protected]. I have found that BSNL has overcharged me for the month of Sep 2016 by charging me a bill of 855Rs with invoice no.[protected].
This charge is due to the extra Internet Data used by me beyond 2GB of free data as per my plan. But on 30th Sep 2016 I have checked the Data usage by sending the message to BSNL and it says 1738MB used till 30th Sep 2016 time 22:24. So it’s clear that there is overcharging in Data Usage.
For this issue I tried to contact the BSNL through call, email and personal visit to BSNL office. But still they are refusing to accept their mistake. BSNL employees are saying that I have used 2442MB in the month of Sep 2016. I have shown them the message received from BSNL which says data usage of 1738MB till 30th Sep 2016 time 22:24 but they are not accepting it as well.
Now they have disconnected my outgoing and incoming Calls, SMS and Data. As standard procedure I have raised my concern to 1) Costumer care 2) Grievances Online and then 3) Appellate Authority but it did not helped me.
So I request you to see this matter and provide some resolution.

ii just need to block the sim ..i dont have to reissue or something so just block my sim . they say i hav to lodge an FIR but in case of sim block there is no use so kindly do the same . block the number as shown above
