[Resolved]  BSNL — re installation of land line

R/Sir, Sub: Re installation of land line phone. I am subscriber of BSNL since 8 years and I have allotted/installed Land line[protected] phone on 22/10/2007 and the same not working from Feb’2010 due to under ground work ( water lines) taken up by Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal corporation at that time Junction boxes (DP) are dislocated. I have given several complaints to DE, AE, Gopalpatnam/VSP and JE of Adivivaram exchange but they not attended and not cleared the problem. After that I have registered complaint to General Manager/ BSNL/ VSP through Telegram vide No. 740/154 dt.22.02.2010 from customer service center/Dabagardens, at that same day your authorities are provided a WLL phone. But, at present all telephone lines and DP’s are working properly in above exchange area, but your staff and provided my old land line connection to me. After 2 Year that WLL changed to Prepaid Phone (UIM) for that I am paying only Rs. 240/- per six months for year 480/- only, where as you are provided my old Land line connection it will get more that 10000/ per year, difference of Rs. 9520/- are loosing by your authorities due to this reason kindly allot my old land line connection and number.
