BSNL — recharge amount is deducted from my bank account but not added to my account

I have recharged online money deducted from my bank account SBH. Transaction receipt no TXT[protected] Rs.55/- generated and vide BT.CTOPUP ref. no.[protected] for Rs.20/- . sms received. But the same is not added to my mobile account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

The response from ICCF is excellent. Will the BSNL react to this and make recharge balance successful? Why online recharge is not effective in BSNL compare to others. It is just cheating the customers through on recharge. I was in so urgency to make a call due to unsuccessful recharge I could not make call and it was delayed.
