Sir.. I took a new cellone postpaid sim... My total bill is rs863 but my usage is rs412 and one time charge is rs100. And recurring charge is 482... Sir i want to know that... What is the encurring charge... And this encurring charge can pay every month... Sir please tell me... Sir i am a stundent i cant pay a heavy bill... So plz sir tell me... What is recurring charge

Updated by happyd Sir...maine new postpaid sim le hai ..uska bill 863 ayaa hai...mera 100 wala plan hai..mere usage charges 412 hai..pr mujhe recqurring charges b pda hai 482 ..sir wo kya hota hai...kya wo mujhe her baar pdega...plzzz sir tell me..i am s student i cant pay
