[Resolved]  BSNL — Reg: Deduction of balance without information

Dear sir I have been using BSNL mobile ([protected]) from last 3 + years. On 16-12-13 I have received a message from BTunes regarding the activation of caller tunes and Rs.42 will be deducted from my account but I have not contacted to any for that activation. In few days before I have received one call from some unknown number regarding the BTunes in that time also I have not activated anything. If the government mobile company is doing that type of forgery means where we will go? How we can believe the other services? Hence here I request you to kindly make necessary action to the concern company and return my money to my account and save all our people from those forgery companies. Thanks & Regards A.Tamilselvan
