Sir, I m working with Defence Udtkg at Nasik and my parents are staying at Jammu. Right from beginning the Instrument is noisy and produces undesirable noise in the beginninng of the call. Unfortunately my parents are old with hearing problem. They reported the snag to lineman who came for other snags, but never bothered to either replace the Instrument or rectify the snag.At last you are one again requested to replace the Instrument of[protected] immediately.
