I needed to change my broadband plan for which I called[protected]. After 10 mins wait I was connected to a customer care executive who was rude. She spoke rudely did not give me a chance to answer her query and just disconnected the phone. To air my grievance I sent an email(as provided in my BSNL bill) tto the GM but to my further frustration addresaddress is invalid.
