DEAR SIR/MADAM, I AM FACING PROBLEMS IN SETTING A CALLER TUNE ( TARE HAI BARATI FROM MOVIE VIRASAT ) TO MY BSNL MOBILE [protected] ( MAHARASHTRA ). ALREADY LOST AROUND RS. 120/- IN SMS'S AND WRONG CALLER TUNE SELECTION. THE MENTIONED SONG IS NOT APPEARING IN THE LIST WHICH IS SENT THROUGH SMS'S. ALSO THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. REALLY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF YOUR SERVICE... PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL OR JUST GIVE PROPER DIRECTIONS HOW TO DO IT ?
