BSNL — SIM card stopped working

BSNL sim is not showing any network from last two days...my handset is working properly and other sim are working perfectly in same particular handset...it's too disappointed. Every time there is an issue in BSNL sim... Please solve the problem

I tried to optout the sim and fixed again but no connection yet
In other slot, second sim is perfectly doing their work

I am customer of BSNL since more than 10 years. On 01.08.2020 i have done recharge to extend the validity period on my No., The details of recharge is as follows:

Order Date: 01.08.2020
Operator Reference Number :[protected]
Order Total : Rs. 74.00
From: Amazon

The recharge was successful, however till time (28.08.2020) Outgoing services are not activated and when i tried to call, the IVR responded 'आपका खाता अस्थाई तौर पर बंद कर दिया गया है'.

In today's scenario, you can imagine how much difficulty is being faced by me due to non providing of services by BSNL even after getting a successful recharge.

Now i want to put light on another issue:

I called to customer care no. from my BSNL No. 1503, same response received: आपका खाता अस्थाई तौर पर बंद कर दिया गया है'. Now please let me know how one can approach a customer care executive??

Today (28.08.2020) my number is showing off, however my sim is On and with full network coverage.

In short the Complaint registered on 01.08.2020 is not resolved yet and no communication is this regard has been received from BSNL.

My bsnl prepaid sim is not working from yesterday.

I have bsnl sim and it works for few hours at good speed and then don't show any network. It just disappears Frequently.
This happens every day .
This is major problem as there is no use of recharge if not able to use the total data.
Sometimes it shows some network but internet will not work .

Bsnl internet connectivity is slow...i couldn't even connect 3G data. But My bsnl sim showing no signal since yesterday. I have tried to switch from 3g to 2g but the result is same.

My bsnl number [protected] not working from yesterday in any mobile I am inserting, showing insert sim card where as other sim card is working perfectly, tried also on different slot also.
