BSNL — sim rejected

my no. is [protected].this number is rejected when i using it in net purpose on 30/7/2014 evening.i used 'PUK' option.10 times reenter the code.After 10th time i entered the code suddenly the sim is rejeted.i can not use my sim even a call. Please reactivate my sim number.
