[Resolved]  BSNL — Sms sending issue

My mobile number is [protected] i am unable to send message to only one num i.e., [protected] its my wife number the message will be sent to from my mobile but there is no delivery of sms i have checked block list and everything else i had contacted even bsnl customer care service 3 times when i called for first time on this issue the problem was rectified but only for 2 days after that the issue repeated then i confirmed that problem is with the service provider after that even i call to customer care it became useless and so i became hopeless and i bought another sim and chatting with my wife and i forget to mention that she recives sms from all other mobile numbers its my last attempt i doing to repair the service problem
