i got this sms "Sales Transaction for Mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please contact customer care for further assistance. REf No.[protected]" The amount is deducted from my SBI account (as i paid through netbanking on portal.bsnl.in and it shows success TRANSACTION ID TXE[protected] Kindly refund the amount or activate stv95 on my mobile.
