BSNL — Telephone and Broad Band not working

Dear Sir Since last one and half month we have shifted our execting telephone along with broadband connection to the new location, since they have fixed the telephone, but broadband is not working, as we learned that we may require new user name and password. We have complain many time, but till date nothing has been done, we have also received the telephone bill. Since its a computer Institution without internet connection its very difficult for us.
