BSNL — Telephone and internet services not functioning for more than 2 months

N Sivaramakrishnan Telephone No.044 / 2265 3726 Address: Plot No.3, Shri Anandavalli Agastheeswarar Avenue, Mettu Street, Nemilichery, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044. Sir, my residential telephone connection with internet facility (broadband) is not functioning for the past two months. I have complained to the Telephone Exchange for more than 25 occasions. As the services were not restored, I was compelled to complain to the higher authorities viz., The General Manager (South), Chennai Telephones, BSNL, Guindy, Chennai -600 032 and The Chief General Manager, Chennai Telephones, BSNL, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010. I request you to do the needful to restore the services early.
