[Resolved]  BSNL Telephone — Land line phone is not working for last one month

Sir, My Self Debashish Roy, using BSNL telephone connection 2537 1278 . My landphone is not working for the last one month .I have also lodged a complain one month ago regarding this, but from the Sreepur Telphone Exchange, Madhyamgram, Westbengal, Kolkata 700130, they are delaying the matter from the last 3 week by telling us that they don't have sufficient manpower to resolve the issue . I have my alone at my home, this land line is the only thing to communicate with her during office hours, but I am suffering from this issue day by day by some third class people of the Sreepur Telephone Exchange .
