this is to inform u that I have been charged repititevily for some stupid service video mania since three months and rs 5 are being deducted every week.. i hv intimated this several times by calling customer care .. everytime they give me a voucher no... n still my problem was not solved ... I have 10 complaint numbers but still i am not able to get rid of this ... this is really SHAMEFUL on part of bsnl ... such things are not expected from such reputed company .. on top of that the customer care persons have no sense of soft skills i.e. how to adress the complaintee. .. I am really fed up from your services ... Now I have no other option other than changing my network which i am using since 5 years...n i would suggest folks not to opt for this network... they have the worst service
