Sir, i have received a bill amount of Rs.1455 as billed amount in which Rs. 347 is for some additional charges for hungama services which i haven't activated or used. Last month also i paid this amount for this feauture, the deactivation number i got from customer care is not working. i had a bad experience from a customer care (1500 toll free) executive when i called for knowing more about this service. Actually i am getting cheated by paying Rs. 350 every month for a service which i haven't used or activated. Thanking you.
