BSNL — Very slow broadband speed than promised in plan | |||
Myself Rajat kishore (Contact number-[protected]), is using BSNL broadband on number[protected], for last 5 days, speed is not more than 30-50kbps, however I am using Monthly data plan of 1495rps, which has 30GB data on 4MBPS and over that 512KBPS, Got this plan activated 3 days ago and still was not able to enjoy promised speed and data. I have registered complaint on BSNL customer care on 24 August with complaint number [protected], which has not yet been resolved but received a message from BSNL saying that it has been resolved( find attached) Today I carried out speed test 3-4 times to find out the max data speed is 50kbps(find attached) Therefore it seems that BSNL is charging full money for null services.
