[Resolved] BSNL — Waiver in the bill not received - customer id [protected]

My internet broadband connection (phone number 02114 – 270002 and customer id [protected]) was not working from 26th april 2014 to 17th may 2014.
I had requested waiver in my bill for the service not provided... in writing to the manager of BSNL Lonavala on 3rd June 2014. And I was promised that the waiver would reflect in the bill of May 2014. However when I received the bill for month of May 2014 it did not reflect the promised waiver. I approached the manager BSNL-Lonavala, Mr Petkar on 21st June 2014 and on his assurance he said the waiver shall be reflected in the bill of June 2014. But again the bill of June 2014 did not reflect the promised waiver and is not reflected in any of the bills till date.
Kindly look into this matter on priority basis and please provide the necessary waiver ASAP.
