[Resolved]  BSNL Wimax — BSNL WIMAX is not working properly after paying properly monthly bill of Rs.850

bsnl wimax speed is very bad, youtube is not working, customer care not receiving the phone call, last full month wimax is working 100% fine but in this month from last month service is horrible, so much fluctuation, non of video streaming sites are working, on line games not working only pages are able to open, & we are paying RS. 850 but no service. user no.
