BSNL — Wrong Broadband bill sent with wrong Broadband Plan | |||
Hi, I am Sreedam CH. Mandal from Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. I have been using BSNL Broadband service for few years. The Broadband Plan which I use is BB HOME RURAL COMBO ULD 550. Here is given my BSNL account details below----- Customer ID: [protected] Account Number: [protected] Broadband Phone Number: [protected] I always pay my bill time to time. That’s why I have achieved 227 loyalty points from BSNL. But this month (January) I got my BSNL bill and found totally wrong in this bill. The Broadband Plan which I use is totally changed. It seems BBG RURAL COMBO UL 650 which is totally wrong and that’s why they sent me a huge bill to my account. I called so many times at the customer care number[protected]. But nobody received. Now my deeply request to you to solve the matter as soon as possible. I am sending previous month bill details with the current month. Was this information helpful? | |||
