BSNLsignhungama.com — To deactivate value added services in land line broadband connection

I am receiving land line bills with value added services like movie on demand./songs/games without my consent, in fact i have complained as i was told on bsnl no.1500 but nothing was done and i again received the land line bill with much more amount while i have not used any of these services.
Kindly do the needfol to deactivate these services.
