Buckaroo Shoe — shoe lower pasting uprooted

I had purchased a shoe from reliance store at allahabad before 5 months and it sole pasting has started getting uprooted. By this it is very clear that there is some problem in pasting process that's why it has given way. I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

At present i do not have bill, do you think that customer must keep bill in hope that

Such a branded product will have problem in future and it is necessary to claim deficiency.

Further more this is not a capital item and customer must keep bill safe in bank locker.

Take this as an opportunity to improve quality of product and delight customer.

Even then i will try to obtain bill from reliance.
