I had a Data Card bearing no. 9381990399 from Reliance Communication and I had been paying the Monthy Rentals regularly. As the service was not good and I was not able to use the Internet I decided to change to other service provider. I had already sent email to reliance customer care thrice from last 2 month but haven't got any reply.This is the worst service i have ever experienced.My no-8882152112 when ever i recharge my main balance it deducted.Even now my 3G data also reduced today i recharhe 177pack and i received only 597MB data instead of 1GB 3G. Sir, I took a new postpaid connection and activated successfuly after that i purchased GSM Zero Plan 12 Months Plan on it. After a week on 15th April, i got a sms from Reliance that my connection has been suspended due to negative address verification. I recharged my account on 18-04-2015 With 296 Rs of plane 6gb 2g net data. So i had 2g data approx 6gb with validity of three month. I bought new reliance net connect Pro 3, 3 months back this is the third time this product is giving me problem. Dear Sir, My reliance no is 8055296453. On 20 Apr 2015 I have successfully recharge of Rs 41 Minutes Pack & I have got 85 STD Min. I tried to contact Reliance cust care on 198 on 24-04-2015 from my mobile No-9778983559 but failed. As soon as I was directed (by the computerised voice call) to press 9 to talk to cust care secretary, the call got disconnected abruptly merely informing me my balance and and thanking to call. There is no or very less network coverage in my region (Ghaziabad/Noida) as compared to earlier. Reliance Communications - Reliance CDMA Network Issues

I am a customer of reliance using CDMA Prepaid service, Delhi. From past 2 months I am facing a lot of issues in cdma network. I have 2 CDMA Prepaid numbers, and I am facing same problem in both. Neither I'm able to make calls, nor I'm able to receive them. There's problem in both incoming and outgoing. When other person dials me, it says "no. not reachable". When I try to make calls, call cant be placed, and it eventually hangs up. If by chance a call is placed or received, there's a lot of voice disturbances. Both sides can't hear the voice properly. I'm really frustrated by this connectivity...

Hi, I have been facing issues with Reliance Pro 3 for the past 3 weeks. Every time I called the customer care number they told me the technical department will call back in 24 hours. They did call but only to tell me 1) To delete browser cache and it will be solved in 24 hours. 2) tower is down again 3) They suggested I visit the reliance store to check if the device is faulty. In January I placed a request to convert my phone ( 9313884815 ) from postpaid to prepaid. All the relevant documents regarding this were submitted to RCom. But it's 23.04.2015 and I am still struggling for my 15 year old to get activated either in postpaid or prepaid. As per RCom my number is active in prepaid but still not able to receive or make calls due to there technical problem, this is the statement from there customer care department.
