Hi Reliance Team, My mobile number 9883807805 is not able to register in Reliance network from today onwards. I have recharged my mobile for 3G of Rs 95 on 02Feb2015. It was working fine but suddenly it is not working from today. I tried calling customer care, and they are saying, 9883807805 is not reliance number. FYI my Relience netconnect no is 9310577148 (broadband+) used only for internet. I have been using this connection for internet from almost last 5 years & never had any payment related issues. (every month my bill was RS 1067/- fixed)...But since last year the connectivity was a big issue & the connection speed also became worse. I requested reliance to look into this matter & get it resolved….but nothing worked. So I requested for a bill plan change (a lower tariff) Since more than 4 months I have been requesting regularly for a bill plan change, but still it’s not been changed....

I got a reply from Pooja Gupta, Customer Care Officer on the same day. She asked me to provide my reliance datacard number and my mobile number. Reliance Communications - Waiting for RCOM response for 2 weeks

I have registered for new broadband connection before 2 weeks, but still I didn't get any response related to demonstration or any installation.

I am calling at customer care number for wireline broadband connection everyday, They are taking all my details every time and promising everyday that my complaint will be sorted out with in 24 hours, but still there is no action related to my registration & waiting for that magical 24 hours.

You can imagine that before connection they are doing like this, so what will be after taking service?...

I was enjoying insta care mob. app service on prepaid no. on my android smart phone and application was working well. But after migrated to postpaid the instacare application is not working and showing message “invalid password or otp”. and entered pw and otp is ok, resend by reliance so many times, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app so many times, but the result is same, and could not login. I had a wll reliance communication connection which i discontinued in 2010 I have the service request no. and receipt of the application .But after several calls and meeting in the office still they have not given back my security deposit of rs 1422 as told by their office saying it's old matter it will take time.I want to ask 5 years are not sufficient .Again i lodged complaint to appeal authority with i.d.230279712 on 19 th feb, 2015 but till date no response.Why these companies don't give back the security deposit on time....

Reliance Communications - Dead Phone Lines since more than 1.5 months

We have taken up Reliance Wired Phone service for our office. There are 15 numbers. CAN No.110121301103 However since more than 1.5 month all the 15 numbers are dead. We have registered several complaints for the dead phone service to the Reliance Customer service as well as raised this issue to the Reliance Appellate Authority several times. Every time when we call the Reliance Appellate Authority they say we have escalated the issue and your service shall be functional with 24hrs. However the phones are still dead. This is another example of Reliance's worst support. Case History.I have reliance broadband netconnect+ connection with 9373911645 number.after several complaint reliance was not able to resolve connectivity so decided to close reliance connection.
