Reliance Communications - Rs 65 special pack fraud

I recharged my reliance number bearing 9692145603 with special pack 65 on 04-07-2015 (via freerecharge.com) which promises to give me 70 rupees promo talk time and 250mb 3G data. Instead of that, it deducted my whole 70 rupees main balance and provided nothing. I demand whole refund including deducted main balance. It is the second time happened to me. I hate this network....

Hi, Please help I am the regular customer of Reliance from approx last 2 years. But I facing so many problems with reliance that also called cheating or fraud done by Reliance. I have not received the bill/e-bill for the broadband connection I am using, I have received phone calls from the customer representative asking me to submit the bill amount however on sharing the issue (bill not received) received response like 'we regret for the inconvenience caused, kindly confirm your email id, we would send you the soft copy or e-bill'. We bought wifi-pod on 17th June. after activation we used it for 3 days and We have raised many compliants for checking network connection in my area but still no one has came. I have pruchased a reliance Wi-Pod device for wireless internet. The promised download speed is 14.7 Mbps. But I have never got speed even upto 1 Mbps. I changed my network from Airtel to Reliance Using MNP. Everything was fine n in right time but when it got changed I came to know worst face of reliance. No offence Reliance customer service sucks, they have hired south Indians n Marathis ( no racism ) who dont know how to speak english and they dont know basic of customer service, they talk to you like you are from streets n they are Gods. When we are Installed Reliance Pro3 wifi connection to our office on January20th at that time they given assurance that You will get 14Mbps speed, But now 6months gone still we are getting below 100Kbps speed. Whenever we calling Reliance customer Care they are not responding properly. Kindly resolve this problem before 24hrs. Otherwise return back our all money which we are paying every month i.e, 1200/month. with Installation charges....

Dear Sir, With great regret I would like to put this matter to your notice that, I had purchased my SIM card (9835709279) on the 20th of June with the FRC of Rs. 400. This gave me 6GB of 3G data bundled with the subscription. Upon activation I noticed the speed to be 2G instead of 3G as promised even though I have full H+ network with 4 bars in my mobile. I therefore, tried to resolve the issue with you customer care. But your illiterate, novice customer care executives gave me lame, idiotic, implausible reasons for the slow connection and sometimes hung up the phone....

I have bought a Reliance Sim 9*******02 .It was said reliance 3g s the fastest but I experience its 3g speed only to the maximum of 17kbps that too is rare its often dead slow.There is no difference between 2g and 3g. The network range s full and show H+ but most of the times the 3g internet does not work even to open google.The carrier s too slow even to carry whatsapp messages. They provide double data offer as 3GB 3g for 198 but trust me with this speed its impossible to consume even 500mb per month.No apps can work with this speed.They pull the customers with attractive data plans but...
