Dear sir, Now today I got my data 6 GB but now the net is not connected I try since morning call customer care more than 6 times but they say its technical problem and on last call the customer care say your number is barred but I receive call how it possible that it is barred and why it is barred .Now I try customer care but they no receive . my friend use reliance net there no problem so it clear its not technical it only on my number kindly solve this new problem no.9555282873 name anil kumar...

Reliance Communications - Recharge done but plan not been activated yet

Sir, I had recharged Rs.74 (1GB 3G data pack with 10 days validity) on 17/12/2014 at 23:55:37pm, Transaction Reference no. - 78666139 (http://myservices.relianceada.com ), but the plan was not been activated into my account & Rs.10 balance also been deducted after my recharge.It is showing 0mb 3 data in my account So please credit my plan and refund my Balance....

hi, i got a call from this to number 9555292610, 8285623078. and one on this call from calling from office and asking to get a new connection of reliance card with new plaind and good . so i said ok i will and next day a guy coming from company to give me new connection of reliance card and i give him 300rs as card cost and he said the connection will be active in 48. hours but now almost 3 days gone not activtion and even the numbers of that company is switch off so thats why i am complaining aganist that number to reliance . and i attched the receipt o recivied....

Reliance Communications - Got Bill Even after terminated

Hi, I have used the reliance dongle for more than 2 years with the No: 7483097118 and recently I closed the number by paying the complete amount Rs:423/- on 14-11-2014 14:47 hrs and provided relevant documents and spoke with customer care folks too, to terminate the number. Everything done and they said it will be terminated within 3 to 4 days. But today, I got a bill for the peroid 14-Nov-2014 to 13-Dec-2014, Amount: Rs.248.00. I called to Customer Care folks just now i.e. 17-Dec-2014 9:30pm but they said it charged as per TRAI and said termination process will take 15days. If its 15 days why...

Reliance Netconnect - Raised a request for converting Datacard(9372180775) from Post paid to Prepaid

I have already submitted my all the documents to my near reliance store(Chinchwad, Pune) and paid the outstanding bill 2 weeks back. But the Data card is still not converted to prepaid connection. I asked to Reliance store's guy, he told me that it'll take 15 days to convert and also I asked to Customer care they told me that it'll all the procedure done by Reliance store. Please let me know how soon it will be resolve?...

Reliance Communications - There is no H+(3G range) to use data services

Sir Iam Prince, 9023813270 some days back I complaint about Rs 95 recharge not done.You helped and complaint to them and a message came after 3 days that your data services are activated.But now I have 1 GB 3G data but there is no range for 3G and even for 2G.They are not taking any complaints on 198.Please sir help or the 1 GB data will be lost. They were not attending my call then and now also I could not connect to the customer care. Please see to it sir.I think taking reliance sim was a big mistake....

Sir, on 6Th December I charged rupees 145 in my daughter's (Soumyashree Panda) mobile bearing number 7735415921 but i got a message as under "Dear Customer, You account has been recharged with rupees 0.01, amount payable is rupees 145, Thank you reliance." But she didn't get any talk time balance. as a result i had to charge again rupees 110 for talk time. Immediately the matter was taken up with the shop owner who said i can't help u because my balance has been reduced u can talk to customer care. Customer care was contacted but they also could not say any thing and told we do not have any package...

However the company can’t do any waiver, you (customer) pay the amount and the company can do a refund as soon as possible. I have not given any service request, still reliance has deducted VAS charges from my account. I spoke to the call centre executive Sandeep Kherade and he did not registered my complaint. My balance was deducted on 11/12/14 of Rs 350 (approx) and was said that it will be credited to your account within 6 hours and its 15/12/14 and no balance is been received. Senior exective are saying its still under process we cant do any thing. No Reply Via mail on this topic. No exective is ready to resolve problem. I complained nearly 17 Times. Its really shame for reliance company. Reliance make profit by deduting unnecessary balance from its customer...thats the fact.All told me not to take reliance but its totally my fault.If i call customer care regarding any deduction then its ok otherwise...

Today from my account Rs 1 is deducted for VAS video store and your customer care is not picking up the phone. My no .is 9023132495. Please refund it and deactivate the service. this is not the first time almost daily it happens that RCOM deducts the money for any service. Why are troubling the customers without any reason .Do you want us to switch to other networks?????...

Dear sir/madam I am having rel. number as 9014517792. on 11/12/2014 a message came at 11.18pm as rs.10 charged for vas techzone smss. on 13/12/2014 at 9.19pm rs 5 charged for same reason. i have told to sales excutive that i have not activated any offers through mobile. He told me that u are asking after 4 days (i.e on 15/12/2014), but have to ask with in 3 days. so rs 10 can not refund. and rs 5(second) can be refund. and he refunded also. but again on 15/12/2014 7.17pm again rs 5 charged. again on 16/12/2014 morning a had a conversation with sales excutive. but of no use. I have ported to reliance last week because of its new promotional offers in kerala, yesterday I did a recharge pack of 198 which offer 36000 local seconds, I confirmed it by dealer before recharge, but after that I realised that the porting to reliance was a wrong decision, They are deducting as minutes pack even a 10 sec call, I callled cc again & raised complaint but the irresponsible executive didn't give me an explanation, he only said that it 'll charge as minutes pack ! then I asked him y do the company promoting the pack as a 36000 sec pack instead of 600 minutes pack? no reply &...
