Sirs, In the month September, 2014 I requested you to disconnect the net, and paid the outstanding bill. Till date disconnection has not been done and the bill is accumulated to nearly rupees.1600. I receive calls everyday, and I request for disconnection, but of no use. Even if I pay the bill, there is no guarantee that the connection is disconnected. So, I request you to send me a letter (hard copy) mentioning the bill amount to pay, and also with a line mentioning that the connection will be disconnected after payment, as I can keep the letter as a proof....

With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have been using my mobile no. 9312249410 for almost 6-7 years and did not face any problem. However for the last five six months, I am unable to connect to customer care on any number either it's 198 or 333. Every time I call, I am told that the called is being transferred and an automated voice starts advertising.
