I have been using Reliance data card for more than 3 years.
In recent 6 months I was not happy with the connection speed and at emergency situations I could not connect to my office/client network with the poor connection. i.e, speed is not even crossing 100 KBPS though it was 3.1 MBPS kit my . So, I registered complaint through call center during mid of March 2015 but the issue could not fixed. So, I decided to disconnect the data card connection but they are not accepting the request through phone call and they have been insisting me to visit the nearest Reliance store for disconnection formalities....
