Today 02/09/2015, I recharged my GSM reliance no 8767610213 of Rs 130/- it was successful but after that Rs 139/- from my account was deducted. My netpack balance was also there. I had rechareged 3G data on mb no 9022183900 for rs 289/-on 30.08.2015 at arround 12.48 pm but till now the data not activated even after 3 days .I had complained on help line no 198 several times but I was informed everytime that there was some technical problem and he/she helpless to check my problem.I had also complained at custmercare@relianceda.com but no response from there.Please get my problem solved at earliest. Hi, Myself Somnath Guha Neogi.My mobile number is 9019570730.Yesterday(1/09/2015) my balance was something around 70+ Rs but today(2/09/2015) when I tried to call someone I found insufficient balance to complete a local call even. I have raised a similar complaints only a few days ago and that was resolved in courtesy of this forum and Reliance but again within a few days same thing happened with me. These sudden deductions are getting pretty much regular for Reliance GSM customer and I don't know how many times I have launch such complaints against Reliance to stop these cheating. Please help...

I had paid all the bills, and applied for disconnecting the connection [9381561115] on 12/06/2014 @ RS Communication, and they said the would disconnect with a week !! and i got a call from reliance call center, to know the reason for disconnection, and i replied. And they said, within 1 week, it would be disconnected, and u will be charged according to those days, ( 7 days ) so, they said, it would be like : Total monthly payment : 589.00/- ( for 30 days, which is Rs.19.00/day ) then for 7 days it would be : 07 X Rs.19.00/- = Rs.133.00/- How you can charge me for whole month...

Dear Concern, My Number is 9873334467. I have changed Vodafone number port to Reliance Post-paid but when Reliance executive provide me the damage sim Card I am also inform to reliance and same person. But nobody help me for replace the damage sim. Till time no incoming call and no outgoing call made by any. Also so many time reliance executive call me and harassed me to pay the bill last 4 months I am told him if any incoming or outgoing call made, I will pay you but if not why I can pay you. Reliance - Mentioned speed not reached

I have purchased reliance pro 3 wifi dongle and they have said that i will able to a download speed of upto 3.1 mbps but i was unable to get even 100kbps and i have called the customer care and i they have asked me to do certain changes in the settings and i have done it but still i was unable get the speed. Again i have called them and raised the issue but now im unable to connect to the internet. I have again called them but they have said that they will look into the issue and call me back and resolve the issue but it has not been solved yet...

I am fed up with the reliance communication.This is the worst service i am using. On the last day of data usage, they think that its their responsibility to make your balance zero on account of net services.But i switch off my net at 11:50 on the last day of my net usage.But still my balance goes off to zero every time.Firstly, Give back all my balance deducted.This is the last time i am registering complain here.From the next time, i will take my complain directly to TRAI or i will stop using Reliance GSM. I took a Reliance Dongle connection in March 2014 from Indore. Since it wasnt much use, I asked a customer care executive to disable the connection. He assured me over phone that if I pay the bill that time, they will do it. I have recharged for internet data pack worth 400 having 6 gb 3g data.now it is going to waste.because from many days internet is not working. Even a single Google page is not opening.
