I had booked a Malindo Air flight from Bali to Mumbai (Layover at Kuala Lumpur) via Budgetair.in on 20th April, DOJ: 4th Jun 2022. Booking ID: BIN-4039903. One flight of my itenary was cancelled by the Airline and hence the whole booking got cancelled. I got a mail from Budgetair about the cancelled booking and refund initiation for the whole, but I haven't received an update or refund amount for the same since May 5th 2022.
They don't have a proper customer care number where I could reach out to, they have automated chat which keeps on responding on similar lines for the concerned issue. This is pathetic customer service on next level. I deeply regret making a booking through them.
Can somebody please help me in getting my refund of INR 47, 184 from these guys ASAP, Thanks! Was this information helpful? |
