Budgetticket.in — Money deducted, has already received to Merchant's bank but no ticket or PNR number no confirmation

Booked a flight from HYD-VTZ. Amount of Rs.3186.62 has been deducted from my bank to merchant's bank. No confirmation at the payment page. Just a dialog box showing "Unknown Error" though money has been deducted.
