Buffersales — Branded combo of 3 fashionable party wear kurtis

I had ordered 3 branded kurtis from buffersales website at the cost 899.. but what i got is completely different and three are of small size; different colour and model.. my order no is oid266367 and it is delivered through some courier service.. i had contacted them for a refund and they also gave me a cancellation no ocn 125526 & told me to wait for a week for a pick up of the product & cash refund. now after a week s wait the website and the contact nos is not even reachable.. its really a trap to people.. i am not getting how to return it.. please help me to return the product and get my money back...
