I had ordered 3 XL size Shirts for 699 but received an altogether diff product. The shirts i recd were USED and of diffsize. I tried calling up but wasnt able to connect. I dropped mails but no response. Finally i got connected to one of the executive who said your order will be reversed and payment will be refunded in 10 days.
Till date no refund or any revery on any email received. Request you to pls help me in the below concern.

I received a call as soon as i posted this complaint. The person on other hand was calling himself as executive from customer complaint department. He asked me to share my account details or debit card details. But when i insisted that i would like to get my money refunded as COD (as the way i paid), he disconnected the call.
