Buffersales — Product changed cheated with old item also no response from customer care.

I have been cheated by giving another product which i was not orderd with worst quality and in used condition of different sizes.
They are not responding to complaint as well.not picking the calls.their contact number is:

Please take strong action against these cheaters and kindly give my money back.
