Buffersales — Product return & complaint of customer care elployee

I ordered COMBO OF KOUTONS PREMIUM DENIM SHIRT @ 999! FLAT 90% OFF from buffersales.com, the package was delivered, but when I opened the package it doesn't contain the items I had ordered, instead the package contains very cheap quality shirts.
I called but no one is picking phone on Customer service number.
I don't want these items and want refund at the earliest.
Please help me to get my money back.

I have ordered branded combo of 3 slim fit party shirt of rs 799.00 I have received on 4th of July'16, but they delivered something different which is bad in quality My order ID is #OLD280184 . When i tried reaching them on the numbers they display on website and bill, either they are switched off or line busy all the time.
