[Resolved]  Hubtown — Delay in giving possession

I would also like to add my husband and myself who have been subjected to the vagaries of Ackruti's aka Hubtown’s false promises for unwarranted, unexpected, over extended period of possession of our very own home, for which we pay our hard earned money instantly.

Not to forget the exercise we went through to apply for a loan, get it sanctioned and disbursed.

Ackruti was extremely prompt in arranging a person to collect the cheque disbursed for the property we booked in Redwood.

I only wish if they were half as prompt in ensuring timely delivery of our prized possession for which we have been yearning, that I would not have been here writing this down.


What's more in store for us is that we still do not have clarity on when the OC will be obtained, which means, water supply and sanitation will remain the pain area even if we move in....Yet, Ackruti is such a saviour (pun intended).... They are favouring us by allowing us to take possession for Fit outs....but again, we need to pay all our dues, even maintenance....FOR WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT????? for using the ground on which the clubhouse is yet to be constructed, for the imaginable garden which may take another decade to be in place???

Do they even know the meaning of "EMPATHY"?

Yet, they are so bold in saying, "Ma'am, why do u wanna pay such huge amount in rent???? I am concerned for you...please take a flat in MIRA ROAD on rent. You will save 2/3rd of your money..." Thanks Honey but i wish to save FULL AMOUNT....PLEASE GIVE ME MY FLAT TO STAY IN LEGALLY...

People.... we need to come together and represent before we hear more false promises which will again be broken...
