Hubtown — Not getting the tds certificate

Hello

I have purchased a flat from hubtown in their pune project called hubtown countrywoods. i got the possession after 5 and half years.

My flat was in 80-20 scheme where i had paid 20% amount and 80% finance was done by india bulls. since the possession was delayed, builder was paying me the interest on the outstanding loan amount which was as per the tri-party agreement between me, builder and india bulls.
While paying me the interest amount, builder has deducted tds @ 10%. but the same is not reflecting in my 26 as form which means that builder has deducted this amount for last one full year and has not paid to the it authorities which is a crime.
The total interest amount was around 1, 20, 000 and builder has paid me only 108000. which means around 12000 tds has not been paid and i need to pay this additionally while filing my itr for ay 16-17
Please help me getting this tds paid else i need to pay this amount once again while i am filing my it returns.
