I bought a Flat in Nitest Forest Hills (whitefield).
I booked this flat in December 2009. So if I include even 6 months grace period the project should have been completed by July 2012.
Now we are at April 2013 , and looking at the progress of the project, I am sure they can not handover the flat even by end of this year.
The progress is very very slow .. and in between there was no progress at all.
When we all owners talk to Nitesh Management about compensation , they are saying we will concentrate on handover date(which they slip every time) and we should not discuss about compensation. Even they say like Nitesh(as a brand) is trying to build the confidence which we lost on Nitesh.
I am not sure instead of giving all these crap why they are not building(not progressing) the apartment on time.
Now we are having weekly Owners + Nitesh Management meeting to track the progress. This is so irritating that still are hearing so many excuses.
Even in last meeting one of the so called project leader at the site called us stop this "Gundagardi" at the site. I think he will never understand what is pain of spending 50 lakhs and paying EMIs + rent.
We are so frustrated about their attitude.
Now we are thinking of consumer court option but not sure how much that will help. Was this information helpful? |
