I have bought a flat at Nitesh Hyde Park Bangalore in Jan 2011. Initially the handover date was December 2012. Even till today Jan 2015, I have not got my home as per the latest communication the next handover date is July 2015. They have changed dates at least 20 times.
Nitesh Estates does not have any ethics. Do not buy under construction property from them. Only if you get something ready to move and like it then go for it (if you still want), but these guys are not trustworthy at all. Stay away from Nitesh Estates.
Their VP, COO does not have any sense of responsibility. Even at site meetings in front of 200 buyers, for almost all questions they kept quiet and just nodded head but no answers... Just do not go with these guys. Was this information helpful? |
