[Resolved]  Runwal Builders Project Mulund West — Forest land issue

I had booked 2 flats at Mulund West with Runwal builders whose land was declared as forest land and the case is courts for many years.I am a doctor I wanted to settle down in Mumbai after my retirement in Sep 2012.But till date there is no information about my flats.I paid amount asked by builder i would like to know that is it my fault that land was forest land. why i am being punished.
