Silvex Developers Pvt Ltd, located in Khar West, Mumbai are developers involved in redevelopment projects on MHADA land. The builders have been involved in fraudulent practises and rampantly sell / give allottment of every flat to multiple buyers. They then delay the projects and never complete the same so that the multiple buyers do not get to know the truth. Please beware of this developer as he is cheating buyers.
