Father of my friend (PSM Sarma) retired from BSNL, gave advance an amount of Rs. 13,00,000/- (Ruppes Thirteen lakhs) on 10/01/2012 to Adari satish s/o A. Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.

Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station and commissioner's office.

No action is taken against him till now.
